2-Year AS degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. 4-year BS degree in Culinary Management now offered. AS degree can be transferred into 4-year Bachelors of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration degree, or BS degree.

5 full-time, 6 part-time, all with industry experience & teaching credentials. All chefs have Master's Degrees and are Certified Hopsitality Educators.
Tuition $26,442/yr. Knife set $350, books $800, uniforms $120, fees $330. On-campus room & board $10,276/yr
