Program Description
An annual celebration of books, reading, literacy, and literary culture, the Virginia Festival of the Book takes place each March in Charlottesville and attracts more than 20,000 attendees each year.

Costs
Most programs are free and open to the public though some programs -- such as the Festival Luncheon and other special events -- require tickets. Tax-deductible donations are also accepted.
