Week-long organic cooking holidays that include hands-on classes, sightseeing, organic olive oil and wine tastings & visits to local farms & vineyards. Two courses per year are 100% vegetarian.

€1,600. This includes lodging, breakfast, classes, tastings, most lunches & dinners, planned excursions. Non-participant guest €1100 (joins in everything except the cooking).
