After a decade of being a caregiver for my mom in my early 30s, I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and spiritual development after she passed away in my 40s. Who am I without the caregiver label? How can I be of service from a nourished place in my own life? What do I really want? Self-care and a commitment to live in alignment with my true nature became tools for transformation. My whole life has been about rising above and moving through challenges with creativity, resilience, and inner guidance. The first item on my personal code of ethics list is to reach for possibilities, even when it seems that none exist.
My spiritual life includes silence, stillness and contemplation through writing, meditation and communing with nature. I also honor my Haitian heritage through ancestor reverence. I am constantly learning, growing, and evolving. As I move through the different phases of life, I offer myself in service to those who can benefit from the insights I gained from living courageously and aligned with Spirit.
My training includes:
- Ordination as an interspiritual/ interfaith minister through the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC.
- Usui Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner
- Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
- Writing Workshop Facilitator through Amherst Writers and Artists

When I graduated from seminary, I created a vision for ministry that turns out to be a vision for how I choose to show up in the world. Fundamentally, it is to support others, wherever they may be, to find and shine their light in the world while on my own journey.
- Show up authentically every day, wherever I go, as a source of inspiration.
- Use my divinely guided intuition to ask the questions that need to be asked and say the things that need to be said out loud with kindness and discernment.
- Say YES to opportunities to “tell my story” through writing and small group discussions.
- Facilitate small group circles and writing workshops for self-discovery and self-expression.
- Be a safe and sacred container for people who don’t have anyone to talk to or listen to them without judgment.
What I have learned is that everything inside of me at this phase of life is enough to be of service ethically and responsibly. At this phase of life, wisdom comes from my training as well as all the personal experiences I have had, many of which have involved moving through significant challenges.
