Taylor made culinary vacation programs that include hands-on classes and visits to local markets, organic farms, home cooks, artisan cheese maker, olive oil farms, harvest experiences at wineries. Food travel trough Chile, ARG, Perú and Uruguay.

Owner Francisco Klimscha is a food, wine & travel expert. Worked as a Chef in Europe, Asia and Chile, Sommelier in Austria, and also he completed the first level of sommelier studies at the Sommelier School in Santiago, writes about food & wine culture.
