Write a poem using language in a way that embodies an animal. For example, if you choose a songbird, you might write sentences that are longer with a melodic rhythm, and if you write about a frog, you might use short, quick verses that jump around.

All creative writing responses will be shared on adirondackcenterforwriting.org. Note: You are expected to edit your own submission before sending it.
