Accredited Study Tours and open seminars focusing on culture, history, archaeology, organic agriculture, cooking, nutrition, wine, and botany. CCS is an award-winning program for best practices in Sustainable-Responsible Travel.

Professional chef-guides, archaeologists, historians, botanists, home cooks, organic farmers, fishers, vintners, mountaineers. Director, Nikki Rose is a Greek-American pro chef, food writer/historian, CIA graduate and sustainable travel consultant.
Costs
$550-$3,200 for 3- to 10-day classes, includes lodging, most meals, scheduled tours, teacher presentations. ACF-approved for 30 CE hours.
