Director & head chef Lynda Booth, 3 full-time tutors & 4 assistant tutors. Throughout the year there are visiting guest chefs from Ireland and abroad.
Costs
Evening courses from €70, Day Courses €150, 1 Week Coures €395, 1 Month Certificate Courses €2,950, 3 Month Certificate Courses €8,490. Certificate courses are full-time. Accommodation can be arranged.
