Program Description
Courses are held at an agriturismo. Five-day programs that include daily cooking classes with visits to wine cellars, Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and Culatello producers. Reggio Lingua invites you to experience the italian cooking culture.

You will learn to prepare the typical plates of Emilia Romagna: tortelli, lasagne, cappelletti, erbazzone, different types of sauces for pasta, and traditional desserts. For lunch we will eat what we have cooked together. The chef who speaks English.
Costs
€500/15 hrs includes planned visits. Single room with breakfast starting from € 60; double room with breakfast starting from € 42 per person per night.
