Yukari Sakamoto, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, American Sommelier Association and is Japan`s first non-Japanese shochu advisor. Shinji Sakamoto is a former buyer at Tsukiji Market and is currently a student at Tsuji Culinary Academy.
